We prefer to see clients by appointment,
by calling 01622 758864, as this means that
they are seen on time and not keep waiting unduly,
however if the appointment times are not convenient
to you please contact the surgery and we will try
and accommodate you. If you have a general enquiry
about appointments or the surgery drop us an email
by clicking the button at the top righthand side of
this page. (do not use to book or cancel appointments
or for emergencies).
In an emergency we will always fit you
in, all clients understand if their appointment is
delayed whilst an emergency is seen. However if you
do have an emergency please try to phone before rushing
to the surgery as it gives the nurses time to set
up equipment and alert the duty vet if they are not
actually at the surgery at that time. Outside normal
surgery hours our answering machine will advise you
of the phone number you need to contact.
We can also arrange both veterinary
and nurse home visits if you are unable to bring you
pet to the surgery.
