Some useful tips to help you get the most from CVS:-

• Your vet, or any other practice staff, are not yet very good at mind reading! So ....
  • Do tell the vet at the start of the consultation what really concerns you and what you would like the vet to do.
  • Do give us as much information as you can no matter how small or irrelevant it may seem to you.
  • Do ask questions in the consulting room, and ask again if you are unsure or need more information.
• If you are unhappy with anything about the practice do let us know right away. Most misunderstandings can be sorted out quickly. If there is something more seriously wrong we want to know right away so we can put it right.
