New Client Registration

We are introducing a new feature on the website for new clients wishing to pre-register their pets before their first visit.

We would be delighted if you would care to register your companion with our surgery. If you require any further information, not currently availble on the web site please do get in touch by email ( ) or phone (01622 752154).

Your first consultation is free, provided your companion is not ill and that you do not require a second opinion.

If you wish to see us for a second opinion, please contact the surgery first and it would be best if we are able to contact your original vet first, as a matter of being able to consider all the revelant information, and as a courtesy. All this can be discussed when you contact the surgery.

If you were recommended to the practice if you are able to let us know who recommended you we would like to thank them

You can register up to 3 pets at a time, we would suggest if you want to register more than 3 pets that you contact the surgery rather than register online.

Once we have received your online registration we will contact you within 2 working days to confirm that we have received your registration (if you do not hear from us within 2 working days please phone the surgery).

All you have to do then is make your first appointment.
Please do not use this service if it is an emergency.
